Ans - Call & Cure is an online doctor consultation platform for patients and doctors for online video/ audio consultations.
2) Is online doctor consultation secure?
Ans - Yes, Online doctor Consultation is totally secure and only shared between the doctor and the patient. There is nothing more important to us than keeping your data secure.
3) What is the cost for online consultation on Call and Cure?
Ans - Consultation fees are decided by the respective doctors. We have no control on the pricing.
4) Are the online doctors qualified?
Ans - Yes. All the doctors associated with Call and Cure are certified doctors and licensed to practice medicine. All the doctors profiles and medical licenses are verified manually. Only on successful verification process their profiles are made LIVE.
5) Is Call and Cure available 24x7?
Ans - Call and cure is accessible to patients 24x7, however individual doctors are subject to their stated availability
6) Will my selected doctor resolve my medical problem?
Ans - Our doctors will give you the required medical opinion. This will help you identify next steps which may include prescription or diagnostics tests or an advise
7) Do you have a refund policy?
Ans - Yes, simply reach out to us on support, and we’ll refund your money after checking reason with the doctor.
8) Are online consultations legal?
Ans - As per MCI guidelines, there are no restrictions on consulting with a doctor online. Call and cure provides facility to patient and doctor to connect with each other. It allows patients and doctors to interact at their own convenience. Although we do recommend patients to not consult online for emergency cases.
9) Can I get a online prescription?
Ans - It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. However, if necessary, our doctor will prescribe the necessary prescription to you and you shall receive this via email/ message.
10) Do I need special equipment to use call & cure ?
No, all you need is a smart phone. The device must have a reliable internet connection and a camera for video chat.

1) What is Call & Cure?
Ans - Call & Cure is an online platform for patients and doctors for online video/ audio consultations.
2) I can dedicate particular time for call & cure consultation. What do I do?
ANS - Doctor can set their schedule for online consultation as per their convenience. Patients can book an appointments after seeing doctor's availability.
3) How do I get started on Consult with Call and Cure?
Ans - Fill the basic doctor registration form on "callandcure.com" website, get detailed registration form via email, submit that form too and get registered with us and start consultation with call and Cure.
4) What are the features available to me to consult online?
Ans - Below are the features that’ll help to you consult online effortlessly-
1)Calling the patient 2)Digitize prescription 3)Doctor's calendar
5) I’m done with the consultation. When will I receive my fees?
Ans - Your fees will be sent to the provided bank account every Wednesday ( will calculate from Monday - Sunday ) as processing sometimes takes up to 3-4 days. You will also receive a settlement report on your registered email address with particulars of the payment, so you can keep track of payments easily.
6) What if I am not available during booked appointment?
Ans - We understand that sometimes treatments/procedures can go beyond schedule. In case you are not able to attend the appointment, you have the option to recommend another time to the patient and if accepted by the patient, the appointment will be rescheduled else the full payment will be refunded back to the customer.
7) I am not technology friendly, will I able to use this?
Ans - We made our app very simple & user friendly. If you can operate a simple website/email then you should be able to use the app too. Also Call and Cure support team is always there for you to help.
